Team Dashboard

The Team Dashboard lets Owners, Admins and Billing Only team members monitor how each team member has set up OneCal, making sure everyone is configured correctly.

You can find it under the Team section in the sidebar.

Good To Know

The Team Dashboard is enabled on request. If you see a "Request Access" button instead of the Team Dashboard, click it and submit the form, and our team will enable it for your team.

The team overview

The Team Dashboard lists every team member with their registration date, role, and how many calendars, calendar syncs and booking links they have. Click any member to open their detail view.

The member detail view

For each member you can see:

  • Overview: Full name, email, and their number of connected calendars, active calendar syncs and active booking links.
  • Calendars: Every calendar they have connected, with the calendar account it belongs to. Calendars with an expired calendar connection are marked with an "Expired" tag, so you can spot members who need to refresh the calendar connection.
  • Calendar Syncs: All their calendar syncs. Click a calendar sync to see its configuration and the calendars it syncs. Everything is read-only, you cannot change a member's syncs from here.
  • Booking Links: All their booking links, with quick actions to copy the link.

Manage a member's account

The Manage User's Account button on the member detail view lets Owners and Admins sign in as that member and fully manage their OneCal account, for example to fix a broken calendar sync or finish their setup.

This only works if the member has enabled the Admin Managed Account setting on their own OneCal account. The team Owner's OneCal account can never be managed this way, and Billing Only team members can view the Team Dashboard but cannot manage accounts.

Every management session is recorded in the Audit Logs, and any action taken during the session shows which admin performed it.
