Rename, Recolor and Remove Calendars
You can manage all your connected calendars from Settings → Calendars. Each calendar card has a menu with Edit Calendar, Refresh connection and Remove. Refresh connection acts on the calendar connection for the whole calendar account, so it covers every calendar you imported from that account, not only the one whose card you opened.

Rename or recolor a calendar
Click Edit Calendar to change the calendar's name or pick a different color.
Good To Know
Changes to the name and color only affect how the calendar appears within OneCal. They are not propagated to Google, Outlook or iCloud.
Remove a calendar
Click Remove on the calendar's card and confirm. Removing a calendar from OneCal never deletes it, or its events, at Google, Outlook or iCloud. It only disconnects it from OneCal.
A calendar cannot be removed while it is still in use:
- Used in a calendar sync: Remove the calendar syncs that use this calendar first.
- Used in a booking link: Update the booking links that add their events to this calendar first. Reading availability from a calendar does not block its removal.
- Used as your booking page default calendar: Select another default calendar in your booking page settings first.
Once a connected calendar account has no calendars left in OneCal, the calendar account itself disappears from your calendar list.
Import more calendars from a connected calendar account
To add a calendar you skipped during the initial import, connect the same calendar account again. The import screen only shows the calendars that are not imported yet, so you can add them without duplicates.
Imported calendars count towards your plan's calendar limit of 2, 5 or 50 calendars per user, depending on your plan. See Plans and Free Trial.
