The Meeting Link Is Missing From My Bookings

If new bookings arrive without a video conferencing link, walk through these checks.

Open the booking link and check the Location setting. The conferencing link is only created when the location is set to Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. See Event Location.

Zoom: the connection may have expired

Zoom connections expire from time to time and need to be refreshed. When this happens, OneCal emails you that your Zoom connection has expired, and new bookings are created without a Zoom link until you refresh it. Go to Settings → Apps and reconnect Zoom. See Zoom Integration.

Google Meet and Microsoft Teams follow the booking calendar

The available conferencing options depend on the calendar selected under Add events to on the booking link:

  • Google Meet is only available when a Google calendar is selected.
  • Microsoft Teams is only available when an Outlook calendar is selected, and your Microsoft account supports Teams.

If you switched the booking calendar to a different provider, the previous conferencing option is no longer available. See Add Events to Calendar, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
