Add Events To Calendar
If you've connected a calendar to your OneCal account, you can easily choose which calendar to use for creating events whenever someone books you through OneCal.
You can find this setting under Add events to in the General Setup of your booking link.
Good To Know
The calendar you select here is also the calendar that sends the calendar invites to your schedulers. Bookings are created on this calendar, and the invitation emails your schedulers receive come from the Google or Outlook account this calendar belongs to.
iCloud Calendars
iCloud calendars cannot be selected here, because they cannot send calendar invitations to other people. You need at least one Google or Outlook calendar to receive the booked events. iCloud calendars can still be used to read your availability. If you want to see your bookings in the Apple Calendar app, add the selected Google or Outlook calendar to it.
The selected calendar also determines which video conferencing option is available on the booking link. A Google calendar offers Google Meet, and an Outlook calendar offers Microsoft Teams. See Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
