Google Meet Integration

OneCal can automatically create a Google Meet meeting when someone books a meeting through your booking link, and add Meet links to events you create in the Unified Calendar View.

Google Meet does not need a separate connection. It is available as soon as you have a Google Calendar connected to OneCal.

  1. Open your booking link and go to General Setup.
  2. Under Add events to, select a Google calendar. This is the calendar that bookings are added to and emails are sent from.
  3. Under Location, select Google Meet.

Every new booking now gets a unique Google Meet link, included in the calendar invite for you and the scheduler.

Good To Know

Google Meet is only available when a Google Calendar is selected under the "Add events to" field of your booking link. If you pick an Outlook calendar instead, the option becomes Microsoft Teams. See Add Events To Calendar.

Use Google Meet in the Unified Calendar View

When creating an event on a Google calendar in the Unified Calendar View, enable Add video conferencing and choose Google Meet. The Meet link is created with the event and shared with all attendees.
