I Can't Sign In
OneCal is passwordless, so there is no password to reset. If you can't get in, it is usually one of these.
"This sign in link is no longer valid"
Magic links can only be used once, and they expire after a while. Some email security tools also open links automatically to scan them, which consumes the link before you click it. Request a new link, and open it in the same browser where you entered your email.
"Too many sign-in attempts"
We received too many sign-in requests for your address in a short time. Wait a few minutes and try again, using the most recent email.
"Failed to link account"
An account with this email already exists and uses a different sign-in method. For example, you signed up with Google, and are now trying Sign in with Apple for the same address. Sign in with the method you originally used. You can then add more login methods from Settings, see Login Methods.
SSO users
If your organization uses Single Sign-On, use the Continue with SSO option, and reach out to your admin if your identity provider rejects the login. See Single Sign-On.
Still stuck?
Contact our support team from the email address you are trying to sign in with, and we will take a look at the account.
