Availability
OneCal offers a flexible and customizable availability setup. You can create multiple time slots each day, set up different schedules, and choose custom dates. This makes it easy to tailor your availability to fit your needs.

Multiple Time Slots Per Day
OneCal lets you divide your day into several time slots. This makes it simple to set aside time for regular activities like lunch, coffee, or leisure breaks in your calendar.
Date Exceptions
Date Exceptions let you set different hours for specific dates. When you add an exception, you enter the hours you are available on that date, not the ones you're busy. Those hours replace your regular weekly availability for that date entirely, so anything outside them becomes unbookable. If you're not available at all, enable Mark Unavailable All Day.
For example, if Thursdays are normally 09:00–17:00 but next Thursday you're only free in the morning, add an exception for that date with a 09:00–12:00 slot. Only that window stays bookable, and your other Thursdays are unaffected.

Multiple Schedules
In the availability section of the app, you can set up multiple schedules. This helps you organize different booking links more effectively. You can customize your availability for each booking link by simply choosing the relevant schedule.
