Booking Links
Limit Future Bookings
With OneCal, if you're unsure about managing events in the distant future, you can limit how far ahead your events can be booked. Choose how many days ahead your availability will show on your booking page, or set a specific date range after which no slots will be available. This is handy for focusing on upcoming events and avoiding unexpected bookings.
Relative Limits
The Relative limit option allows you to limit how many days, or business days in the future you will allow bookers to select. The limit is always relative to the present day, so no matter when you set it up, it will always allow bookers to select up to X days in the future.
For example, if you only want to allow bookings up to 30 days in advance, go to your Booking Link settings and set the booking window to 30 calendar days. This way, people can only book you for the next month at any time.
Absolute Limits
The Absolute limit option allows you to specify an exact date range, during which you want to allow bookings.
This is especially useful if you have a booking link that should only be available during a period of time, for example a workshop.
