OneCal Zoom Integration

OneCal makes it easy to generate Zoom meetings for your OneCal booking links. All you have to do is choose Zoom as your event location in your booking link, and OneCal will automatically create the Zoom meeting and save it to your OneCal event. Schedulers can access the meeting straight from the confirmation email or from OneCal.

When someone books through a OneCal booking link, the Zoom details are automatically included in the confirmation page, the confirmation email, and the calendar event sent to your schedulers.

  • No need to manually enter Zoom URLs every time someone books a meeting with you.

How to connect your Zoom account to OneCal

To connect Zoom to OneCal, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to OneCal
  2. Click Settings on the navigation menu
  3. Click Apps & Integrations on the Settings navigation menu

How to use Zoom with OneCal

You can use Zoom as a meeting location on all your booking links. OneCal will automatically create a unique Zoom conference URL every time someone books time with you through one of your OneCal booking links.

To select Zoom as your conference provider, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to OneCal
  2. Go to Booking Links
  3. Click the booking link you want to use Zoom with
  4. Under the Location fields, select Zoom

OneCal will create unique Zoom meeting URLs for each booking through this booking link

How to remove Zoom from your OneCal account

To remove Zoom from OneCal, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to OneCal
  2. Click Settings on the navigation menu
  3. Click Apps & Integrations on the Settings navigation menu
  4. Click Remove

Your Zoom account is removed from OneCal

You can connect your Zoom account to OneCal again at any time by following the steps at the beginning of this guide.

Good To Know

When you remove Zoom from OneCal, we delete the Zoom connection, including access tokens, refresh tokens, and all related authorization data from our database. The only Zoom data kept are the Zoom conferencing/meeting URLs generated for your bookings. Those are not deleted as they might be part of future bookings.

How OneCal uses Zoom permissions

We require the minimal scopes to be able to generate Zoom meetings to your bookings. Here is the list of Zoom scopes we require and how we use them:
