Export Bookings to CSV

You can export your bookings to a CSV file from any of the bookings tabs, Upcoming, Unconfirmed, Past or Cancelled. This is handy for reporting, importing leads into your CRM, or archiving.

Export

  1. Go to Bookings and open the tab you want to export.
  2. Optionally filter by booking link, the export respects your current filters.
  3. Click Export CSV. The file downloads immediately.

What's in the export

Each row is a booking, with the event name and description, the scheduler's name and email, the booking link, start and end times in your timezone, the booking status, and any cancellation, rejection or reschedule reasons.

The export also includes one column per custom question on your booking links, so all the answers your schedulers gave, your leads data, are included.

Good To Know

The export contains the bookings of the tab you are on. To get everything, export each tab separately.
